The speed of the Covid-19 pandemic was determined by the interactions between the virus’ RNA, human biology and global air transportation, giving birth to a one-in-a-century catastrophe. The situation urges us to reconsider human civilization and the way our societies work. Devolution or degrowth are not the only paths left to explore. We are already changing and it is left to us to find new meaningful ways of interacting together and with the world.
